Pool equipment repair and servicing
Modern pools rely on powered equipment beyond the pump: heaters and chillers, salt chlorinators, dosing controllers and automation. We service and repair that equipment so the pool keeps running as it was designed to.
In Dubai, a pool chiller is often as important as a heater. Summer water can become too warm to be refreshing, and warm water also consumes chlorine faster and encourages algae. In winter, the same heat pump may be used to keep the water comfortable. Either way, it is a substantial piece of equipment that needs regular attention.
Salt chlorinators, chemical dosing controllers, timers and automation panels bring their own maintenance needs: cells that scale up, probes that drift out of calibration, and settings that no longer match the season.

Keeping equipment healthy
Flow first
Heaters, chillers and chlorinators all depend on good water flow. A blocked basket or loaded filter is a common cause of equipment "faults".
Scale
Warm water and evaporation encourage scale on chlorinator cells and heat exchangers, reducing their output.
Seasonal settings
Run times, temperature set points and chlorinator output that suit February rarely suit August.
Common questions
Why is my pool chiller running but the water is still warm?
Common reasons are restricted water flow, dirty coils, an undersized unit for the pool volume, or run times that are too short for peak summer. We check flow and the unit itself before recommending changes.
How often should a salt cell be cleaned?
It depends on water balance and usage. We inspect the cell during maintenance and clean it when scale starts to build up, rather than waiting for the output to drop.
Do you install new heat pumps?
Our focus is servicing and repairing existing equipment. If a unit is beyond economic repair, we will tell you and explain what a replacement needs to match.
