A phone call, a WhatsApp message or a completed enquiry form normally gives us a name, a contact number, sometimes an email address, the pool service you are asking about and a description of the pool. Photographs of the pool or plant room that you send become part of that enquiry.

The details are used to answer you, plan a visit, price any work and, if you become a customer, keep a record of the service your pool receives. They are not sold, and they are not used to market unrelated products to you.

People at MAN Technical Services LLC who deal with pool enquiries and visits. Online form submissions travel through an email delivery provider into our business mailbox. The website itself runs on a third-party hosting platform that processes technical data, such as IP addresses, in order to deliver pages securely.

Enquiry details are kept while we are dealing with your request. For customers, visit records and correspondence are kept for as long as the service continues and afterwards for as long as legal and accounting rules require.
