Explanations on this site about water chemistry, equipment and pool problems are general. They do not replace an inspection of your own pool, and they are not a quotation or a diagnosis.

Once we have seen the pool, any maintenance arrangement or repair is agreed with you directly. What applies is what is agreed at that stage — the price, the scope and the terms — rather than the descriptions published here.

Contacting us places no obligation on you or on us. We may decline jobs that fall outside pool care, such as construction or renovation.
