Approximate length and width, indoor or outdoor, and whether it is a salt or chlorine pool.
What you need
Regular maintenance, a one-off clean, help with a water problem, or a repair.
What you are seeing
Cloudy or green water, a falling level, a noisy pump, a heater or chiller that is not working.
Photographs
One of the whole pool, one of the plant room with the equipment visible, and close-ups of anything that looks wrong.
Access
How the pool and plant room are reached, and any building or community access rules.
